Deutsches Hygiene-Museum

This is one of the most unusual culture and science institutions the world has seen, and they turned 100 last year. There are plenty of fascinating events alongside the permanent exhibition “The Human Adventure”. In their many notable special exhibitions the museum grapples with themes of culture, society, science and art.

Free admissions for kindergardens, school classes of the secondary level I as well as all foreign school classes. pupils of secondary level II pay 1,50 € pp.
Audio guides for the permanent exhibitions are free in the languages of German, English, French, Polish and Czech.

asisi Panometer: Baroque Dresden + Dresden 1945

Since its opening in 2006 it is no longer possible to imagine life without the asisi panometer Dresden as part of the Dresden cultural scene. The concept is ingenious: a historic Gasometer meets the almost forgotten art of Panoramas. The artist Yadegar has been celebrating the Baroque city life of Dresden with a breathtaking Panorama area of 105 x 27 meters since the opening of the exhibition “Dresden – Myth of the Baroque Royal Seat” at the end of 2012. You can experience the magnificent world of the Saxon capital in the period between 1695 until 1760 down to the smallest detail on a 1:1 scale. Your experience is intensified thanks to the view from the inner 15 metre high visitor platform. Discover famous representatives of this epoch – such as Johann Sebastian Bach or the Countess Cosel, immerse into the colorful accompanying exhibition and learn more about the asisi world of panorama while watching our Making-Ofmovie! Guided tours are possible on request in English or German.

Gläserne Manufaktur: Guided Group Tours

At the corner of the Grosser Garten Park the Volkswagen group erected the "transparent factory", an innovative combination of art and industry in an attractive architectural environment. Here you can observe first hand how a luxury car is made.

Left and Right of the Elbe – City Tour

This tour offers the following attractions: Dresden inner city with the Zwinger and the Semperoper, Dynamo Stadium, Hygiene Museum, Glass Manufacturer, Blasewitz, Blaues Wunder, the district "Weißer Hirsch", Castle Albrechtsberg, Waldschlösschenbrücke, trendy district, outer Neustadt and inner Neustadt at the Golden Rider.
The city tour is excluding a bus.

Saxon Switzerland – Excursion

A tour along the Saxon Weinstraße, past the summer castle of the Saxon Prince Pillnitz. The panorama platform “Bastei” with view upon the Elbe Valley is part of the excursion. The tour then drives along a wild-romantic rock area of Saxon Switzerland. A visit and tour of the famous fortress Königstein is a must! The return trip drives via the Gateway to the Saxon Switzerland Pirna back to Saxony.

Barokkoko Youth Experience Tour

The Premierministre de Saxe, Heinrich Count von Brühl or his wife will lead the group through the historic old city. The tour is an interactive costume tour. Children and teenagers learn about the courtly daily goings-on in 3 stations: the art of bowing, dancing, and fencing. The tour is an exciting and amusing insight to the Saxon history.
